We are hobby breeders of exotic birds in North Alabama. We breed Green-Cheek, Jenday and Sun Conures, as well as, Cockatiels and Lovebirds. We do have a few other types of birds set-up, however, we are not selling those as of yet. Occassionally, we have other types of birds for sale. All of the babies that we raise and sell are hand-fed and well socialized so that they make wonderful additions to their new families.
We have been doing this for going into our 8th year now. We have really learned alot about bird care and stuff, but more importantly, we have learned just how intelligent and loving birds really are. In most of the important ways they are just like people, only with beaks and feathers.
We have a lot of new babies coming along and we are so excited! I just love interacting with the babies as they grow. This is the time when each one developes it's own unique personality. Some may be shy, some very outgoing, but they are all lovable. I kind of can't help it, but, my heart attaches to each and every one and I hope that I always place them in good homes.
Right now in the nursery, we have, 2 baby lovies, 2 baby cockatiels and 3 baby Sun Conures. With more on the way! The ones that are on the way are still in the nest, so I have a few days to go on them. Pretty soon my schedule is really going to be full.
